By now, Xenoblade Chronicles X's massive world map is rather old news. In fact, the game seems to make headlines more for its vastness than anything else. However, the game's developers are driving the point home one more time. Director Koh Kojima announced that the game will have an auto-run feature to help players traverse the world more quickly, in addition to other previously discussed travel aids like Dolls and teleportation. However, he urged players to slow down and really enjoy exploring the landscape he and his team spent so much time building.

If remonstrations from the game's director don't convince you take in the scenery, perhaps this new trailer from Nintendo showing off the various day-night and weather cycles will.

Xenoblade Chronicles X comes out on the Wii U April 29th in Japan and later this year in North America and Europe.
