Sword Art Online: Lost Song Introduces Svardalfheim, New Characters
Not to be confused with the place from Thor 2. This one's a lot more snowy.

Sword Art Online: Lost Song will see Kirito and friends exploring the brand-new continent of Svardalfheim. The game's official website has revealed some new details about this hitherto undiscovered section of ALFheim Online, specifically the floating island of Frosthilde, which is a snowy province known as the Cyclic Iceberg.

Kirito will also encounter allies both new and old during his adventures in Svardalfheim. The first of these is Agil (left), a merchant and axe-wielder who runs a cafe in real life. His ALO character is a Gnome.

Secondly, there's Recon (middle), or Nagata Shinichi in the real world. He served as an in-game mentor to Suguha Kirigaya and maintains a working relationship with her sfter she surpassed him. He plays as a magic-casting Sylph in ALO.

Finally, there's General Eugene (right). Eugene was the head of the Salamander forces and at one point was considered to be the strongest player in ALO... that is, until he was defeated by- you guessed it- Kirito. He wields the Demonic Sword Gram, the second strongest weapon in the game.

Some new screenshots from the game's Event CGs were revealed as well. You can check them all out in our freshly updated gallery! Sword Art Online: Lost Song, in the meantime, will be released for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita in Japan on March 26th.
