I really should feel terrible about that headline, but I've decided that I have no shame today.
I've been continuing my adventures in Final Fantasy XIV, and while I've been playing Patch 2.4 since its release in late October, I took way too long to get my thoughts down. But with Patch 2.5 less than a week away, it was probably time to share my thoughts on the many changes and new content in Patch 2.4 - Dreams of Ice.
My latest review journal covers the initial Patch 2.4, along with the subsequent 2.41 and 2.45 updates, since I wanted to be both comprehensive, but not make you all read 3200 words again. I succeeded at one of these things.
With Patch 2.5 being released in three pieces in January, February, and March, look for our review of said patch, titled Before the Fall, to also come in multiple segments.
