At TGS this year, SEGA showed off new gameplay footage from their upcoming PlayStation 3 title Shining Resonance. At 25 minutes in length there's plenty to see: combat, moving around the field, the BAND system and more. See for yourself below:

Shining Resonance will be released on December 11th in Japan.
