Darkrai To Be Distributed To Pokemon X & Y In Japan

CoroCoro magazine have revealed that a special event Darkrai will be released for Pokémon X & Y in Japan. It will be at level 50, inside a dusk ball, and have the moves Dark Void, Phantom Force, Dark Pulse and Dream Eater. Notably, Darkrai cannot normally learn Phantom Force.

If a release in Japan only wasn't enough of a hurdle for western players, the only way to get your hands on this particular Darkrai is by pre-ordering movie tickets for The Cocoon of Destruction and Diancie before July 19th. Each ticket will include a special unique code used to obtain the legendary Pokémon.

For the majority of us who won't be able to do any of that, keep your eyes peeled on the GTS! Or hope and pray for an amazing Wonder Trade.
