It's very soon, and includes the distribution of a special Sylveon for Pokemon X & Y.

Nintendo Hong Kong have just announced they will be holding a 3DS party event on January 18 and 19 from 12:30 to 21:30. It will be held at MTR Hung Hom Exit C Lobby and feature playable demos of various 3DS games such as Pokémon X & Y, Monster Hunter 4, Mario Kart 7, Luigi's Mansion 2, and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
At special times throughout the day, staff members will be available to be challenged in Pokémon X & Y battles as long as you register for them prior to 16:00. Additionally, showing up to the event will net you a special event female Sylveon at level 10 for Pokémon X & Y. It has the Cute Charm ability, holds the Weakness Policy item, and knows the moves Disarming Voice, Baby-Doll Eyes, Quick Attack and Draining Kiss.
