Nintendo have announced that any players who download and access their upcoming PokéBank service for Pokémon X & Y on 3DS will be given a special event Celebi.
This Celebi comes with the moves Hold Back, Safeguard, Heal Bell and Recover. To obtain it, you only need to download and access the service any time before September 30 2014. That should be more then enough time if you're interested! There's also a free 30-day trial for anyone who downloads it before the end of January 2014.
The Pokémon Bank will have an annual fee of 500¥/$5.00 (USD)/£4.99/€4.49/$6.50 (AUD)/$8.50 (NZD). The service will be available in Japan and Korea starting December 25th, while the rest of the world will get it on the 27th.
