Namco Bandai Games revealed tonight that Dark Souls II has not only actual release dates, but two special editions of From Software's next title in its... rather difficult series. The Collector's Edition comes with a 12", 16 oz. Warrior Knight figurine, a hardbound artbook, a full-colour fabric map and a metal game case that will house both the game disc and the original soundtrack.

Collector's Edition

The Black Armor Edition, meanwhile, is the edition that all fans receive as long as they pre-order Dark Souls II ahead of time. This version contains the above mentioned metal case with the game and soundtrack.

Collector's Edition

Dark Souls II for PS3 and Xbox 360 will release on March 11th in North America, March 13th in Japan and March 14th in Europe. The PC version is expected to release in the Americas 'shortly afterwards.' Be sure to watch the newest trailer, below, and you can find the newest screens all in our gallery below.
