Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII Gets A New Trailer For Gamescom

It may be the middle of the night in North America, but Gamescom is going strong in Germany today with plenty of exciting game news. Among today's reveals is a new trailer for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, which shows off a few new costumes and the Wildlands area for the first time. In addition, Sazh makes his debut appearance in the game, and we get another glimpse of the (gorgeous) CG showdown between Lightning and Snow. Watch the action below:

How will the confrontation play out? We'll have to wait until Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII releases in North America on February 11th, 2014. A European release is scheduled for a few days later on February 14th.
