RPGFan New Hires - Introductions
The RPGFamily grows.
08.17.13 - 5:47 PM

You may have noticed some unfamiliar avatars popping up around RPGFan of late. These are our thus-far-unintroduced new hires: the fruit harvested from our recent hiring drive. We've brought in new reviewers, newsies, pictures editors, and an MMO-dedicated editor to make RPGFan all it can be.

You've heard me talk plenty in the past several years, so I'll let these wonderful people speak for themselves. Be sure to say hello and give them the wonderful welcome they deserve.

New Reviewers

Joshua Bateman

"Follow me, reader! Who told you that there is no amazing, nuanced, complete RPG experiences in this world?! May the liar's vile tongue be cut out! Follow me, my reader, and RPGFan, and we will show you such experiences!

*Cough* my name is Josh and I'll be writing reviews. You can find me on the forums as Jotacon."

Luna Lee

"Hi everyone, I'm Luna and I have been initiated into the RPG-loving community (it involved a lot of staring into the abyss...). I look forward to contributing to the site in many ways after giving Cthulhu first dibs on devouring my soul when he awakes in exchange for writing abilities. Please feel free to mention anything about cats to me at anytime — especially RPG-cats or cats-playing-RPGs."

Ethan Gach

"Greetings. I am Culex, Dark Knight of Vanda. Actually I'm not. My name's Ethan. Chrono Trigger was the first game I ever wrote about, that is if you consider the illiterate ravings of a six year old to be 'writing.' What else qualifies me to write reviews for RPGFan? A speech skill that's above thirty and a penchant for bottom shelf bourbon. It's dangerous to go alone, so read our reviews instead!"

Zackery Parkerson

"Hello faithful RPGFan audience, I'm new and I'm Zack. You'll hopefully be seeing a lot from me on the site, because THEY CAN'T STOP THE SIGNAL! I'm working for all of you, so if you ever have a comment or question feel free to shoot me an e-mail or find me on the boards. Hopefully no one will be saying 'I've made a huge mistake' about this later on."

New MMORPG Specialist

Brian Tomlinson

"Hello all! My name is Brian and I'm the newly appointed 'MMO' guy here at RPGFan. I've been lurking this site for over 10 years, and after using and abusing all the information here I thought it best to finally start contributing. That being said, back to the grind I go!"

New Pictures Editors

Sean Hutton

"Hey RPGFan readers, I'm Sean and I'm very excited to have the opportunity to give back to a site that has given me a vast amount of entertainment and insight to countless RPGs over the years. I will likely be lending my talents to many different areas of the site, but I will always be striving to maintain and even push the limits of the excellence that you're used to from RPGFan. Thanks for supporting us and keeping us going strong!"

Danielle McLean-Nowak

Daniel Gonzales

New News Editors

David Milazzo

"Hello everyone! My name's David, and I'll be bringing you all news for this fine establishment. I don't know how to put this, but I'm kind of a big deal. People know me. I have many leather-bound books, and my apartment smells of rich mahogany. I will bring you many great stories — compelling, and rich."

Russ Chizek

"RPGFan readers, I'm disappointed in you. It has come to my attention that some of you visit other websites in order to immerse yourself in the wild world of role playing video games. This is preposterous. My name is Russ, and I'm here to make sure RPGFan is your one stop for all the latest RPG news. Also, you are all beautiful people and I'm stoked to be here."
