The official Shin Megami Tensei IV website has just been updated with three all-new gameplay videos. The first of these shows off the series' press-turn battle mechanic where hitting an enemy's weakness gives you an extra turn. Check it out:
The second video displays the 'grinning' mechanic where you can get temporary buffs to reduce your own weaknesses. However, enemies can use it too.
Finally, we have a very short video showing off a boss battle. Take a look:
Shin Megami Tensei IV for Nintendo 3DS is expected for release in Japan on May 23rd, and in North America sometime this summer.
