Dark Souls II Announced

At least night's Video Game Awards - which is more well known these days for announcements and trailers rather than the awards themselves - Dark Souls II was revealed. From Software's sequel was announced by none other than Jessica Alba at the show before a brief trailer was shown, and you can find it below. The title, planned for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, will feature a new protagonist, new story, and some evolution to its gameplay - such as a revamped multiplayer mode.

You can check out the first set of screens linked below. And although there isn't much to see yet, the official site is now open.
