Bethesda today shared the first screenshots of its upcoming DLC for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Dragonborn, out next month for Xbox 360, not only pits players against the first Dragonborn, but adds a lot of new content such as areas, enemies, weapons and quests. The content will actually take players out of Skyrim and to the island of Solstheim, where they'll encounter the Dark Elven and the Skaal. Finally, new dragon shouts and spells, including the ability to summon the 'power of a dragon,' as well as other new powers.

You'll find the first 12 screenshots for the content below, as well as the trailer if you missed it last week. Dragonborn goes on sale on Xbox Live for 1600 MSP on December 4th, with a PC and PS3 date not yet announced. Bethesda has said they are working at making Skyrim's downloadable content - such as Dawnguard and Hearthfire, already out on other platforms - available to PS3 users, but no timeframe has been given.
