Final Fantasy 25th Anniversary Ultimate Box Announced
With every main FF title included, it is pretty ultimate. And pricey.

During the Final Fantasy 25th Anniversary event that's just started in Tokyo and will run throughout the weekend, Square Enix's first major announcement was a massive collection of the thirteen main Final Fantasy installments. The Final Fantasy 25th Anniversary Ultimate Box contains the following titles below. All are one disc unless otherwise stated.

  • Final Fantasy, PSOne
  • Final Fantasy II, PSOne
  • Final Fantasy III, PSP
  • Final Fantasy IV, PSOne
  • Final Fantasy V, PSOne
  • Final Fantasy VI, PSOne
  • Final Fantasy VII International, PSOne (four discs)
  • Final Fantasy VIII, PSOne (four discs)
  • Final Fantasy IX, PSOne (four discs)
  • Final Fantasy X, PS2
  • Final Fantasy XI Vana'diel Collection 2, PS2
  • Final Fantasy XII, PS2
  • Final Fantasy XIII, PS3

Square Enix is also throwing in a number of bonus items:
  • Special anniversary DVD
  • Crystal ArtWorks (anniversary visual art collection)
  • 2-disc anniversary music selection CD
  • Final Fantasy XIV Mogu Mogu Earring item code
  • Mini replica of Amano FF 25th Anniversary visual w/ stand

The box will be sold exclusively through Square Enix's eShop for 35,000 yen ($446.90 US), and will release in Japan on December 18th. There has been no announcement for the collection outside Japan yet.
