Bravely Default: Flying Fairy Gains A Release Date
In Japan, of course.
06.28.12 - 5:16 PM

Ridiculous title aside, 3DS RPG Bravely Default: Flying Fairy looks like it will be a pretty great handheld RPG. There's no word yet on if it will get a release in the West, but today, Square Enix has announced its official release date in Japan. That date is... *drumroll*

October 11th! The standard version of the game will retail for 6,090 yen ($76 USD) , while the fancy Collector's Edition (available exclusively from the Square Enix online store) will cost a whopping 12,000 yen ($151 USD). You're getting your money's worth though, with a first print of the game's soundtrack, an art book, a protector case for your 3DS, and even a life-size (yes, LIFE-SIZE) AR poster.

If you're planning to import that Collector's Edition, I'd suggest you order quick. The rest of us will just have to sit back and hope for a localization.
