UK publisher Ghostlight has been very good to the PAL region, bringing over titles that are normally localized in North America by Atlus, Aksys Games and XSEED Games. In fact, they have published many a Shin Megami Tensei title, some of which are on sale until, well, today.

In their most recent blog post, however, Ghostlight made an interesting announcement. Recently, the PlayStation Network saw the addition of PS2 games, not that there are very many right now. It had been hinted at in the previous entry, but Ghostlight confirmed that they have plans to bring Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 1 & 2 to the European PSN store. No timeframe is given other than 'in the near future,' nor was the possibility talked about of other Ghostlight titles being added to the store.

Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga is a PS2 duology released back in 2005 to critical acclaim. Rather than recruiting and fusing monsters, your human allies themselves turn into demons in battle in order to fight, or sometimes consume your foes.

Atlus USA has not announced similar plans.
