Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Set For Winter 2012
Level-5 and Studio Ghibli's charming-looking RPG may end up under your next Christmas tree.

Level-5 and Studio Ghibli's Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, which saw a release in Japan back in the fall, was announced late last year for North American release with a simple '2012' timeframe. Publisher Namco Bandai today announced a more specific release window... but you'll have to be incredibly patient. The PlayStation 3 JRPG is now listed for a winter 2012 release. Namco Bandai in Europe, meanwhile announced that the title will see a Q1 2013 (January-March timeframe) release in that region.

Says Level-5 president and CEO Akihiro Hino, “Our top priority for the Western release of Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch is to localize the game with the same level of quality and attention to detail that fans of LEVEL-5 and Studio Ghibli have come to expect.”

According to the press release, Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch will include both English and Japanese voiceovers, a feature that seems to be quite rare these days.
