Another look at the two editions and the extra goodies.

A day after announcing the release date for The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings' Xbox 360 version, CD Projekt RED already has North American pre-order incentives in place with at least three major retailers. The other day, we dug up a few details on both the Enhanced Edition and the Dark Edition. (You can also find the new CGI intro in the aforementioned article.)
To recap (and now with prices!): The Enhanced Edition (regular edition, that is) appears to have standard pricing - $59.99 US. This version comes with a soundtrack CD, a world map for the game, and a quest handbook for both more experienced, and less experiences gamers.
The Dark Edition, meanwhile, is now listed at $99.99 US. This version packs in all of the above, plus a 232-page artbook, making-of DVD, a The Witcher 2 medallion, and themed stickers all packed inside the 'Dark Edition' box.
Pre-order incentives for North America include:
- From GameStop, a wolf head keychain.
- From Amazon.com, a digital The Witcher 2 comic
- And from Best Buy, a t-shirt.
You can find both editions' contents and the pre-order bonuses all pictured below. The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition for the Xbox 360 is set for an April 17th worldwide release.
