JRPG developer Imageepoch has both published titles on their own, and teamed up with other publishers, the most recent being SEGA for 7th Dragon 2020 late last year. The company's newest project, however, will be published by Namco Bandai: The PlayStation 3 title Tokitowa, which translates to Time and Eternity, surfaced this week thanks to Famitsu. Animation studio Satelight is also in on the project.

The game starts off with a marriage between a prince (your character) and a magic-using princess, a union that also forms a new kingdom, Kamuza. The prince, known as a 'Knight King' but whom you'll name, is 18, and his new bride, Toki, is 16, but you have yet to share your first kiss. The blue dragon that keeps her company is named Drake. Toki is nervous after a psychic has claimed there would be an attack at the wedding.

One of the big draws of Tokitowa is its full hand-drawn animation of the characters against a 3D background - even on the field and in battle. Cutscenes are also animated, of course, and this is where Satelight comes into play. The character designer is listed to be Vofan, and Yuzo Koshiro will serve as composer. The title's two producers are Kay Hirono and Kensuke Tsukanaka.

Described as 'the world's first HD animation RPG' by Namco Bandai, Tokitowa is currently 45% complete and without a release timeframe. You can find the official site here.
