Snail Games USA yesterday announced plans to bring over the upcoming Chinese free-to-play MMORPG, Age of Wushu, to North America. The title is based on 2000-year old Wuxia traditions, and is said to depend not on classes and leveling, but rather on your actions in the game and how the world and its NPCs react to them.

Upon starting the game, players can pick one of six story lines to follow, eight martial arts schools to choose from, and even train offline by participating in one of 30 activities. Age of Wushu also offers 5000 equipment upgrades, 32 guild sites, 17 jobs - and even aerial fights on top of it all.

Below in the English gameplay trailer you can see what the game looks like.

Snail Games' Chinese counterpart and the game's developer, have been working on the title for the past five years. Age of Wushu is said to be one of China's most anticipated titles. Age of Wushu, which will be known as Age of Wulin in the UK, will apparently be in testing phases 'soon' worldwide. The full launch windows for any territory have not yet been announced.
