And a few tidbits, but we still don't know what she's bravely defaulting on.

Square Enix's Bravely Default: Flying Fairy for the Nintendo 3DS got quite a bit of reaction last week - but largely for its strange title. The Flying Fairy refers to that little light above the girl in the game's key visual. They didn't explain the first part of the name though, which I think is the more unusual half...

Anyway, they finally shared the game's TGS trailer below. You won't see much so far.

Apparently, the girl is one of four main characters in the game. The battle system is likened to that of Final Fantasy V, with a mixture of jobs and abilities. Like a traditional RPG, it has random encounters and a turn-based system. Producer Tomoya Asano notes that the scenario and sound team haven't worked with the company before, but that they're 'interesting' people.

Our gallery below provides a better look at the first few screens, plus a few new ones. Bravely Default: Flying Fairy releases in Japan sometime next year.
