In CyberConnect2's Solatorobo: Red The Hunter you can either fight on foot, or in your mecha, better known as a Robo. The former isn't very useful however, since all protagonist Red has got is a stun gun which will freeze his foes if needed. His Robo, Dahak, fortunately is a lot more useful than that. Some of the most useful tactics in Solatorobo's real-time battles are being able to grab enemies and throw them around, into objects, and even grabbing them out of the air to toss them around again.

You can upgrade Dahak as the game progresses, so that you can throw bigger enemies, or move more quickly around them. You can also toss objects into enemies... such as missiles that they may be shooting at you, which you can turn around and throw right back at them if you're timely enough. There'll be other interesting weapons and fighting methods at your disposal too.

North American publisher XSEED sent over a few really brief video clips which give us a glimpse into the game's combat:

You'll also find a few more English screens in our gallery linked below. Solatorobo: Red The Hunter for the Nintendo DS releases in North America later this month.
