On September 5th, Square Enix is set to reveal the next Dragon Quest game. The announcement will be streamed live through Square’s Ustream channel starting at 2:00 PM Japanese time. There hasn't been any specific mention about Dragon Quest X through all this. It's been confirmed to be in development for the Nintendo Wii, but not details or screenshots have emerged yet.

More mysteriously, a somewhat unusual website has been found at the address of dqx.jp. You will need the ability to read Japanese characters in your browser for the words to display correctly.
