Dark Souls Dated For North America, Too
And some neat pre-order bonuses.
05.11.11 - 2:22 PM

Yesterday, we heard that From Software's Dark Souls is due out in Japan in September, and in Europe sometime this October. Publisher Namco Bandai announced today that the October timeframe for Demon's Souls spiritual successor is also the target for its North American release.

Not only that, but there are some pre-order incentives in place. The collector's edition of Dark Souls will cost the same as the regular edition, but will include an artbook, a mini-guide, some behind-the-scenes videos, and the game's soundtrack via digital download, all in a metal case.

Players will fight their way through while trying to retrieve the Eternal Flame of Life before it dies out, so they could get rid of the curse of the undead. For more on Dark Souls, check out the gallery and the aptly-named official website, below.
