XSEED Games is bringing Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls to North American PlayStation 3s via PSN sometime this spring. The first-person dungeon crawler gives you a choice of five races to choose from when you create your character, each of which of course has its advantages and disadvantages. Whereas humans have pretty average stats all around, dwarves are high in strength, while gnomes have low defense. You can also be a porklu (I don't make these names up, I swear - is that XSEED on their bacon kick? We may never know) or an elf.

You also get to choose your class and gender. In the dungeons you'll get to keep up to six characters in your party and will have about 120 different monsters to keep you busy as you wander around. At least the scenery and your characters are nice to look at. Look at our gallery for proof.

Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls currently does not have an exact release date.
