April Fools 2011: Another Apology
A follow-up to our earlier expression of regret.
04.01.11 - 5:00 PM

We would like to apologize again for some less-than-accurate news stories slipping through our usual avenues and making it to front page. Those responsible for this error have since been sacked. In addition, those responsible for sacking the people who were sacked after the earlier incident have also been sacked.

In all seriousness, we're done with April Fool's Day stories now, and we hope some of you got a laugh out of it. We know not everyone is fond of the practice (though if you are, Blizzard and Destructoid were great this year), but it's all meant in good fun, and gives our writing staff a slight break in their busy schedules. We all need a little levity once in awhile, after all. And we hope that it was fairly clear what was real and what wasn't - as much as the RPGFan staff loves the concept of Half-Month Hero or a Final Fantasy title led by a character named Sky (which in all honesty, maybe isn't too hard to believe).

And now back to our regularly scheduled updates.
