Soon, every RPG will have a PSP version. It's just a matter of time...

A couple of weeks ago, it was leaked that Atelier Violet: The Alchemist of Gramnad 2 was on its way to the PlayStation Portable. It took Gust some time, but they finally confirmed the port, giving it both a date and a teaser site, which can be seen below. The full site won't launch for another week though - November 26th is the given date, just in case the huge text on the teaser site didn't make that clear. Atelier Violet is the sequel to Atelier Judie: The Alchemist of Gramnad, which also got PSP treatment earlier this year.
The port is as always optimized for the PSP's screen and is said to add three new characters and include new ending. There will be a not-yet-detailed limited edition as well. Atelier Violet: The Alchemist of Gramnad 2 for the PSP will be out in Japan on February 3rd, 2011.
