The very well-received third game in Atlus' Persona series is now available for PSP owners in North America. The third entry in the series introduced a time management mechanic, as the protagonist had to juggle not only a social life and school, but also a job moonlighting as a paranormal investigator/demon hunter. The English version of the game originally released on the Playstation 2 in 2007, and received a director's cut of sorts called Persona 3: FES the following year. While it lacks some of the content from FES (such as the epilogue chapter, The Answer), the PSP version offers the ability to control the entire party during combat (originally introduced in Persona 4), a new female protagonist to experience the story with, new social links and numerous other changes that should help keep it fresh even for veterans of the PS2 version.

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 Portable retails for $39.99 US.
