Atelier Totori for PS3 Announced
It may sound similar, but it's not related to Tonari no Totoro.

As recently teased, Gust today revealed a new PlayStation 3-based Atelier series game. Titled Totori no Atelier: Arland no Renkinjutsushi 2 (Atelier Totori: Alchemist of Arland 2), the game takes place several years after the events depicted in last year's Atelier Rorona. The setting is once again the land of Arland. Totori is a young girl searching for her missing mother who happens to be a famous adventurer, in an undeveloped area. During her journey, she meets a now 22-year old Rorona who accepts the young girl as her first student. Rorona likes Totori very much and dressing her up has become one of her hobbies.

The game's basic system will be similar to Atelier Rorona's. That being said, Gust has tried to further improve the battle system, by taking into account criticism and implementing features that had to be cut from Atelier Rorona. An original feature not found in the prequel is the Adventurers Permit. As Totori levels up her permit, she gains access to new areas. Development of Atelier Totori is almost complete.

Atelier Totori: Alchemist of Arland 2 will go on sale in Japan on June 24th.
