Bethesda Announces Fallout 3 DLC for PS3
And two new DLCs for all platforms!
05.19.09 - 11:21 AM

Today, Bethesda announced that all Fallout 3 downloadable content will be released for the Playstation 3. Solid release dates are not yet available, but Operation: Anchorage is set to be released in June, while The Pitt and Broken Steel will arrive later, some four to six weeks apart.

Also announced are an additional two DLCs for all platforms, contrary to the previous announcement that there would only be three. This is hardly a surprise, however, considering the massive success of the first three DLCs.

The first of these, Point Lookout, available in late June for Xbox 360 and PC (later for PS3), will take players to a massive swamp area with new quests and content. The second, Mothership Zeta, available late July for Xbox 360 and PC, involves an alien abduction. The aliens have returned, and they're not happy. These will cost 800 points each.

Or you could wait until October and buy the Game of the Year edition that includes all five DLCs for a nice price of $59.99.
