Last month, Square Enix announced Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a Darklord. The WiiWare title is the sequel to last year's Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King. As the sequel's title suggests, players will control a bad guy, or rather bad girl this time around. Protagonist Mira is the daughter of none other than the Darklord. She has to fight off pesky heroes assaulting her home, a tower floating in the sky. Not unlike the devilish protagonist of Sony Computer Entertainment's PlayStation Portable title Yuusha no Kuse ni Namaiki da, Mira has to place monsters and traps to prevent her opposition from reaching the Dark Crystal.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a Darklord will be available in Japan this June for 1,000 Wii Points.
