Additional Tales of Vesperia Details Revealed
05.20.08 - 4:23 PM

Bandai Namco Games have updated the official website for their upcoming Xbox 360 RPG Tales of Vesperia. Songstress Bonnie Pick is providing the theme song for the newest installment in the long-running franchise. As previously announced, there will be two versions of said song, one in Japanese and one in English. The latter, titled "Ring a Bell" is already available for download via the iTunes music store. Titled "Kane wo narashite," the Japanese version has yet to receive a release date.

Two new character profiles have also been added to the site. Flynn is a 21-year old knight. He grew up together with protagonist Yuri in the same district of the imperial capital. While Yuri has quit his job as a knight, Flynn has remained with the unit and even managed to earn a promotion. He has a strong sense of responsibility, but recently has been torn between his desire to protect the weak and his determination to uphold the law. Repede is Yuri's dog. He usually accompanies his master where ever he goes. His most prominent feature is a tobacco pipe: he doesn't smoke, though. Sometimes he acts as if he was capable of actually understanding what the humans around him are talking about.

Tales of Vesperia will be available in Japan sometime later this year.
