More Soundtracks: Seiken Densetsu 4
02.15.07 - 3:16 AM

Only one day after the special "Valentine's VGM" update, we have some more special stuff for you.

The feature of today's post is from our new editor, Dennis. He's written reviews for the promotional CD "Breath of MANA" and the OST for Seiken Densetsu 4 (Dawn of Mana in the US). So...that's fairly exciting. The work is mostly split up between Kenji Ito and Tsuyoshi Sekito, though guest appearances should be expected!

Dennis also pulled out a quick review for the Tales of the Abyss theme song, "Karma," from Bump of Chicken's "supernova" single. Accompanying him is Vincent T. J. Sier Chorley, one of our reader reviewers, doing a review for the Tales of the Abyss OST. This, of course, is a big deal.

So far, that's two mini-albums and two big four-disc albums. What else is in store?

Well, Vincent also wrote up reviews for soundtracks that had previously been covered, but he just needed to have his two cents. We're glad he contributed, because he sheds a lot of insight on these albums. One is the Blue Dragon OST (Uematsu's latest, which was originally reviewed by me last week). The other is the Wild Arms arranged album "Rocking Heart" (which reader Derek Strange touched upon late last year). Check those out as well.

That makes 11 soundtrack reviews for the week. We'll be taking a short break, but you know we at RPGFan Soundtracks will come back swingin'!
