CESA Announces TGS 2007 Details
02.02.07 - 6:05 PM

The Japanese Computer Entertainment Suppliers Association (CESA) announced first details regarding this year's edition of Tokyo Game Show. While Japan's largest game fair lasted three days in the past, CESA has opted to introduce a second business day this year, thereby making Tokyo Game Show a four-day long event. The venue hasn't changed, though, as Tokyo Game Show 2007 will again take place in the halls of Chiba prefecture's Makuhari Messe convention center from September 20th through 23rd.

CESA explained the addition of a second business day with a strengthening of the event's business aspect and the continued internationalization. It wants to give domestic and foreign exhibitors and visitors ample opportunity to hold business discussions and gather information. Apparently, there are also discussions about cooperating with the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's International Content Carnival.
