Another year, another Game of the Year awards. 2005 saw a few major releases, and more than a couple of titles that came out of nowhere to capture our hearts. Even outside the world of RPGs, games like Resident Evil 4, Shadow of the Colossus, and Guitar Hero tugged on the hearts and wallets of gamers worldwide. That's not what we care about here, though.
