In an interview with a Japanese publication, Seiken Densetsu series mastermind and producer Kouichi Ishii revealed the development studio behind his newest project Seiken Densetsu DS: Children of Mana. The newest installment in the long-running series will be developed by Nex Entertainment. While the company has no prior experience with the Seiken Densetsu series, Nex Entertainment's track record includes titles such as Resident Evil Code Veronica Complete, Shining Soul and Shin Megami Tensei NINE. Furthermore, Ishii promises to implement more intuitive action RPG battles.

Seiken Densetsu DS: Children of Mana will be available in Japan sometime this winter.
