Kadokawa Shoten has opened the official website for its PlayStation 2 adventure EVE - new generation. In sticking to series tradition, EVE - new generation features two protagonists in Kojirou Amagi and Marina Houjou. As he returns to his bureau located in a warehouse, detective Kojirou runs into a young girl. She knows Kojirou is a detective and has a job for him: Finding her memory. Just as she completes her request, the girl is dragged into a car and kidnapped by a man. With the help of the chain-smoking female detective Yayoi Katsuragi, Kojirou manages to identify the kidnapped girl. Yayoi and Kojirou used to be a couple, but split some time ago. However even now she has strong feelings for him. During their joint investigations, they begin focusing on one line which leads Kojirou directly to a certain place.

At the same time, the elite intelligence agent Marina Houjou witnesses a young boy jumping from a rooftop in a desperate attempt to end his life. He only says "the plan his begun. Nobody can stop it anymore. It will be terror". Marina however discovers a strange tattoo showing a honeybee in the palm of his hand. Before she realizes it, Marina becomes the object of a plot which sees police accusing her of murder and hunting her.

And so the two protagonists are confronted with a case involving a major electricity outage in Tokyo, terror, a mysterious pharmaceutical company, the strange tattoo and the mysterious girl. Will the duo be able to find out the truth behind all this?

EVE - new generation will be available in Japan sometime this winter.
