Koei Announces Management Re-Shuffle

Koei has announced a management re-shuffle that will see founder Keiko Erikawa step back from running the company's day-to-day business operations. She will become chairwoman without executive powers. In her new position she will focus on planning Koei's medium-term business strategy. Day-to-day operations will from now lay in the hands of president Kiyoshi Komatsu, in his two new positions as chief executive officer and chief operating officer. Executive vice-president Masaru Iyori has been appointed chief creative officer.
