Square Enix has officially confirmed the April 21st release date for its PlayStation 2 title Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song. Those who pre-order the remake of the Super Famicom classic will receive a special soundtrack CD as a gift. The Itou Kenji x SaGa Battle Music Collection + will feature a total of 14 battle BGM tracks from various SaGa installments as well as piano arrangements performed by series composer Kenji Itou himself.

Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song will be released in Japan on April 21st for 6,800 yen ($65.17 US).
