Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy XI: Chains of Promathia for PlayStation 2 and PC has shipped to retail stores across North America. The second expansion to the company's highly popular MMORPG has been available in Japan since September 16th and was released as part of the game's European release on September 17th.
