NCsoft has announced the first major update to its Cryptic Studios-developed MMORPG City of Heroes. Titled Issue 1 - Through the Looking Glass, the update features ten new levels, new dangerous zones, missions and enemies. Furthermore, the development team has implemented an in-game costume customization tool.
