Uchuu no Stellvia Goes GameBoy Advance
03.12.04 - 3:03 PM

King Records has announced a GameBoy Advance adaption of the popular anime series Uchuu no Stellvia. In the (love) raising simulation, the player will assume the role of a new teacher at the space school Stellvia, where he will be in charge of teaching well-known characters such as Shima Katase and Arisa Glennorth. Hence his tasks include holding classes and giving appropriate instructions to students. The students will have to attend six different subjects such as Studies on the Communication Society and Space Flight Theory, and master nine practical skills, such as repairing and lightning jost. During classes, you can ask your students questions or prepare model answers, thereby altering the content of the classes. What kind of knowledge the player lets his students learn is up to him, however if the students start to neglect classes, it is game over. If one student's performance is lacking, the player can schedule individual classes for said student. After about 5-6 hours of classes per day, the player can freely explore the space station's various facilities in adventure-style, by selecting the desired spot on a map. Entering a location might trigger off certain events.

Uchuu no Stellvia will be available in Japan on April 23rd for 6,090 yen ($54.09 US).
