Gung Ho Online Entertainment has announced a major renewal of its website. On April 13th at 15:00 JST the company will launch its new Integrated Online Entertainment Site. Following the renewal, users will be able to pay their bills online by using Edy. Instead of monthly payments, the company will charge players for 30 day periods starting April. Regardless, whether users choose to pay via Edy or credit card, a 30-day subscription will cost 1,500 yen ($13.95 US). The operation hours of the call center and web-based help desk have been increased. Both will not only be available from Monday to Friday, but also on weekends and holidays. The call center will be available from 10:00 until 17:00, and the help desk from 10:00 until 18:00. The help desk for Ragnorak Online-related questions will be set up directly on the game's official website. In order to enhance security, the way of saving ID numbers and passwords will be altered. The Attraction Ticket will feature a "change" function. An entertainment channel named Gangacha will be added and the application deadline for the limited service phase of the adult MMORPG A3 has been pushed back until April 13th.
