Square Enix earlier today announced that they have released an update Final Fantasy XI with many changes and additions. Among the additions are new quests, treasure, notorious monsters, four 'Dynamis' areas, and relic equipment. The update also made changes and addressed some issues, some involving spells and status effects. The entire list of additions and changes in the update can be viewed by following the link below. The PlayStation 2 version of Final Fantasy XI is due out in North America on March 23rd for $99.99 US.
