Final Fantasy Series Scenario Writer Leaves Square Enix

Following Chrono series mastermind Masato Katou, scenario writer Kazushige Nojima has left Square Enix as of last month. The 39-year old has been an integral part of the company's first production team, working on the stories and scenarios of Final Fantasy VII, VIII, X, X-2 and Kingdom Hearts.

Apart from his involvement in those titles, he also served as director of the strategy RPG Bahamut Lagoon and worked with Akitoshi Kawazu on Racing Lagoon.
