Final Fantasy Tactics Advance Breaks 1.5 Million Barrier

Square Enix has announced that its GameBoy Advance strategy title Final Fantasy Tactics Advance has sold 1.55 million units worldwide. 460,000 copies were sold in Japan, where the game was released on February 14th. In the three weeks since its release in the territory, the game has sold 330,000 copies in Europe. As well, 760,000 copies were sold in North America and other territories. The game's prequel, Final Fantasy Tactics for PlayStation sold more than two million units in Japan and North America following its 1997 release.
