Bandai has announced plans to bring its popular anime series Uchuu no Stellvia to the PlayStation 2 in the form of an adventure title later this year. The player will assume the role of a male student in the Star Academy Stellvia, where he obviously encounters popular female characters from the anime series. For the ending sequence, an original anime sequence was recorded.

Uchuu no Stellvia will be available for PlayStation 2 in Japan sometime this fall.
