Nintendo has announced a limited edition "crystal white" GameCube unit, to commemorate the release of Square Enix's Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. Unlike the mint green Tales of Destiny 2 GameCube, this limited edition is not for sale. Those who are interested in playing their copy of FF Crystal Chronicles on this very special piece of hardware should check out the upcoming editions of Dengeki GameCube and Dengeki Games as well as the User Present Corner of Dengeki Online. As well, there will also be a crystal white edition of the Game Boy Player.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles will be available in Japan on August 8th for 6,800 yen (57.40USD). The game will ship with a GBA link cable). A US version will be released in early November.
