Weekly Japanese Sales Charts Update

Sega's J-League Pro Soccer Club wo Tsukurou 3 easily managed to maintain its spot atop the Japanese sales charts, selling four times as many copies as Nobunaga's Ambition Online on spot 2 (and reaching sales of 366,843 copies). The PlayStation 2 RPG from Koei sold 19,386 copies upon its debut. Pokemon Box Ruby and Sapphire slipped to spot 4 from 3, selling 14,950 copies this week and a total of 116,153 copies. Meanwhile, Pokemon Sapphire and Ruby re-entered the top 10, selling 7,480 copies (for a total of 2,207,226 copies) and 7,250 copies (for a total of 2,150,252 copies) this week at spots 8 and 9 respectively. Square Enix's GameBoy Advance RPG Dragon Quest Monsters: Caravan Heart dropped to spot 11, by selling 6,268 copies this week and a total of 534,137 copies since its March 29th release. Nintendo's strategy title Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken for the GBA dropped out of the top 10, selling 6,200 copies this week and a total of 215,253 copies. Marvellous Interactive's Bokujou Monogatari Mineral Town no Nakatachi (Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town) slipped from spot 18 to 21, selling 4,025 copies this week for a total of 77,383 copies. Capcom's GBA RPG Rockman EXE 3 Black gained some ground again, by climbing from spot 25 to 23. The title added another 3,820 copies to its total of 122,773 copies. Banpresto's 2nd Super Robot Taisen Alpha for PlayStation 2 finally passed the 500,000 mark this week, by selling 3,178 copies for a total of 501,521 copies. By selling 3,050 copies this week and a total of 112,543 copies, Konami's Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters 8 came in at spot 29 this week. The GBA action RPG Summon Night Kraftnot Monogatari from Banpresto remained at spot 31, having sold 3,029 copies for a total of 51,550 copies. Nintendo's Zelda: Legend of The Four Swords came in at spot 34, selling 2,820 copies to its total of 276,458 copies. Square Enix's Final Fantasy X-2 sold 2,819 copies to bring its grand total to 1,965,614 copies at spot spot 35 this week. The only PlayStation One title in the charts, Bandai's From TV Animation One Piece Oceans Dream fell from spot 29 to 41, selling 2,291 copies this week and a total of 110,456 copies. Square Enix's GBA strategy title Final Fantasy Tactics Advance added another 2,229 copies to its total of 446,143 copies, thereby climbing from spot 44 to 42. Konami's RPG Monster Gate entered the charts at spot 43, selling 2,133 copies in its first week. Monster Gate is followed by another Konami title, namely Saishuuheiki Kanojo at spot 44. The PlayStation 2 adventure sold 2,119 copies this week for a total of 15,759 copies. Nintendo's Skip-developed GameCube RPG Giftpia dropped to spot 45, selling 2,044 copies this week, thereby reaching a total of 66,999 copies. Square Enix's Final Fantasy XI/PlayOnline Entry Disc for the PlayStation 2 entered the charts at spot 47, selling 1,964 copies on its debut. Nintendo's Zelda: Kaze No Takuto (The Wind Waker) re-entered the charts at spot 50, selling 1,910 copies this week and a total of 657,764 copies.
