Dungeons & Dragons: Heroes Preview

It goes without saying that Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance was one of the hottest console action RPGs of last year, having recently earned a spot on all major platforms. It comes as no suprise, as the Dungeons & Dragons license has lead to a plethora of hit software on the PC for years.

This spring, Infogrames plans to take what was established with Dark Alliance and push the envelope even further. While in no way a sequel, Dungeons & Dragons: Heroes hopes to be the spiritual successor to one of the most enjoyable 2-player games I've ever played. From what we've seen so far, the game may just steal the crown. John brings us a first look at what promises to be one of the biggest party games this quarter.
